What we do

We are a specialist pest control company. Our core activity is rodent and insect control; we also carry out chemical weed control, grain fumigation and disinfection. We hold the licences required for this activity.

We work primarily for companies, institutions and municipalities. An industrial or institutional site calls for different preparation than a flat, and on a significant share of our contracts, documentation and compliance are contractual requirements alongside the treatment itself. For a house or a garden we also contract directly with private clients, using the same technology and rates; for a flat in a block we work through the building manager.

Our capacity

Our ten field teams can work in several regions at once. That is what makes it possible to carry out a multi-site contract or a large-scale public-area programme within a short, coordinated time window – and to keep spare capacity free for acute cases even at peak season.

We hold live contracts for pest control across entire towns and housing estates. For our key accounts we also run an on-call rota.

Why we are not the cheapest

The price of a treatment depends on three things: how much time the specialist spends on site, how much and what kind of product they apply, and whether they return to check the result. A significantly cheaper quote usually saves on one of these – a shorter treatment, a smaller dose or a skipped follow-up check. That kind of treatment looks effective for a short while, then the problem returns, and the job has to be paid for a second time.

We work the first time so that a second visit is not needed. Every quote is priced by a pest control specialist who can judge what the job actually requires: the survey, the full dose and the follow-up check are all part of the quote, with no surcharge afterwards. That makes our fee not the lowest on the market – but it only has to be paid once.

Quality management

The quality of our work is ensured by a quality management system certified to ISO 9001. The system is not an end in itself: it is what makes a treatment's documentation retrievable and presentable at an audit even two years later.

Occupational safety

Some of the products used in pest control are highly hazardous substances. Our staff carry out treatments with the required personal protective equipment, and grain fumigation is carried out only by a specialist holding a valid fumigation supervisor licence, with continuous concentration measurement.

Before every treatment we inform the client of the length of the re-entry interval and any follow-up steps required, and we keep the treated area closed off for as long as necessary. The safety data sheets are publicly available.
